Your friendly lines, my dear Sir, which you have adres-
sed to me the 8[th] January I have received the 15[th] January
and I haveI have send immediately the enclosed letter to
Professor Dr. Sanders with a few words of my part.
In the foregoing you will find the answer to your
letter; the lines are adressed to me, but in the main
point adresseddestined for you. The writing to Dr[.] Engel,
not having interest for you, I have retained. The critics
in the "Magazin für die Literatur des Auslandes"
I will send you after receipt without delay, to Constan[-]
tinopel
or to London, according to the time, in which
I do receive it.

Yesterday I have spoken Professor Herrig,
